		<description>the congressional turf wars are truly staggering. so much jurisdictional whining--it really gets old. Rep. Zoe Lofgren got a good zinger in at the end of the hearing. she said this issue is not really about copyright at all--it&#039;s about national science policy. she is potentially right.</description>
